Target Audience

Target Audience

I wanted to try and create my magazine to not be selected to a certain gender so then I can achieve a larger target audience. The way that I am going to achieve this is by including the colour turquoise blue into my colour scheme.

Image result for fashionable lad

This photo shows a very stylish girl, this is the typical target audience that I want my magazine to interest. The way that she dresses in very hipster and chilled clothing really suits the whole theme of my magazine. The lack of colour as my colour theme gives a sense of laziness as well as a very plain layout.

This photo above also shows young teenagers who are dressed quite casual in very up to date clothing that is very fashionable with. Their attitudes are so chilled, unique & aren't influenced by others as they are very independent and dress the way that they want to.

Reflecting this attitude into my whole layout and set up of my magazine is my main aim. By adding aspects that would suit the target audiences outlook into my cover pieces should attract my suited target audience.

Who are your Target Audience in psychographic terms?

My Target audience in psychographic terms is the 'MOST SPONTANEOUS' & is also known as 'THE ULTIMATE REALIST' which is the code ESTP which consists of E=Extraversion, S=Senses, T=Thinking & P=Perceiving.

This ESTP code describes their personalities to be unconventional approach, fun, gregarious, lives for here and now & is good at problem solving. I feel like this psychographic term really relates to my target audience as its quite a relaxed and chilled personality & this is exactly what sort of theme I wanted. This is because I wanted to try & make my magazine very unique by not abiding by the whole typical layout like others.
